Seaton is set to welcome it’s Winter Beer Festival on Friday the 26th February from 4pm. The event is part of a planned six-monthly Beer Festival and runs from Friday through to Sunday evening with each pub/club involved hosting one or two guest beers.
The Participating Pub’s/Club’s 1-9 on the ‘Ale Trail’ include Seaton Town Football Club (No.1), The Kings Arms (No.2), Winstons (No.3), The Hook & Parrot (No.4), The Vault (No.5), PJ’s (No.6), Royal Clarence (No.7), The Malt House (No.8), and Eyre Court (No.9). In addition to the ale trail they will also be hosting live entertainment as well as “Healthy Drink Options” and hot drinks.
The Beer Festival is coordinated by Jon Day, 2014 Seaton Citizen of the Year, who was inspired to create the winter event to brighten up Seaton in the cold month of February. “We have some really great pubs in Town and fantastic local Breweries” Jon commented, “the Festival has grown since last year and we have we hope everyone will come and join in this fun community event”
